Battle of Caporetto
The battles of Caporetto (also called battles of Karfreit by the central empires or twelfth battle of Isonzo ) is a battle of the First World War, which took place of the October 24th to the November 9th 1917 in the north of the Italy. It shows a very heavy defeat of the Italy NS, then in the camp of the Triple Entente, vis-a-vis the armies austro-allemandes.
Caporetto (today Kobarid in Slovenia), is the central point of an offensive austro-allemande carried out by Otto von Below which hustles the Italian armies.
