Battle of Adwalton Moor
The battles of Adwalton Moor is a battle of the First English civil war. It takes place with Bradford the June 30th 1643. The royalist , directed by William Cavendish, gain the victory over the parliamentary , directed by Ferdinando Fairfax. It is this battle which entâme the three years of Civil war which follow.
Cavendish had 10.000 men and Fairfax, between 3.000 and 4.000.
