Batman, the changing: The Return of the Joker ( Batman Beyond: Return off the Joker ) is an animated feature-length film drawn from the series Batman, the changing. One finds the new one there, and old the Batman like his most famous enemy, the Joker.

There exist two versions of this film, only the first having been published in France. Little before its exit, the producers, genes by blackness and the level of violence of film, and in spite of criticisms positive, required cuts. the Return of the Joker tells the history of the reappearance of the enemy of Batman, 40 years after having disappeared from the scene. Synopsis

the Joker reappears in Gotham City, apparently unchanged, after 40 years of absence. Censure

Of the whole of the changes which one can find in film, most outstanding is the modification of died of the Joker. Whereas in the original version, it is cut down by Robin (Tim Drake) instead of Batman, in the censured version, it is just thorough, which involves a fatal fall in electric cables. The whole of the dialogs of film was then rewritten to stick to this new version. The sequences describing the clandestine burial of the Joker, and seeks it body of Harley Quinn then were purely removed.

In the same order of idea, the death of Bonk, on which the joker draws with a truth-false revolver projecting a flag " BANG" , is replaced by a poisoning with laughing pollutant gas.
