Bastelicaccia

Bastelicaccia is a common French, located in the department of the Corse-du-Sud and the Corsica area .

Geography

History

On the Burrow plan of the 18th century, Bastelicaccia was better known under the name of Bastélica-Common. Population there sédentarisa at the beginning of the 19th century.

Territory of 1820 Hectares, the population (approximately 800 hearts) at the base originating in Bastelica-village considered that it was easier to be fixed in the plains because for the majority stockbreeders or farmers, the climate in plain was more favourable the winter than the summer. So the population went up in summer at Bastélica-village, to carry out annual transhumances there.

Of this fact the geometrician as a chief of the land register was of opinion to set up Bastelicaccia in commune.

Bastelicaccia depends on the 7th canton of Ajaccio, it is common quite distinct, its place chief was fixed at Fontanaccio.

Since Bastelicaccia evolved/moved in a way fulgurating as well on the demographic level as on its management and its development in all the fields.
