Bassoutos
Bassoutos , or Betjouanas , of the name of their principal tribe, populates of the family Cafre, lives the deserts of the southernmost Africa, between 19° and 27° southern latitude, in the interior Cafrerie; At the 19th century they raise animals with horns, prepare the skins and the ivory. Their country was seen the first time in 1801 by the English Trutter and Somerville.
