Basler Brunsli
A Basler Brunsli is a Cookie with the Chocolat and with the typical town of Basle grooves, in Suisse.
Ingredients

300 G of sugar
- 300 G of not peeled, ground almonds or of hazel nuts chopped not too small…
- 50 G of black chocolate
- 1 spoonful with coffee of grooves
- 1 pinch of clove out of powder
- 3 egg whites
- 1 spoonful of Kirsch or lemon juice
- of sugar to extend the paste
Preparation

To grate the chocolate and to mix it well with sugar, almonds, the cinnamon and the powder of clove.
- To slightly beat the egg whites with the kirsch or the juice of lemon. To add to the other ingredients and to work the whole in firm paste.
- Per minor amounts at the same time, to lower it on a one centimetre thickness, a board powdered with sugar.
- To cut out with the punch of the small forms.
- to deposit Them on a buttered and slightly farinée sheet.
- to let Them rest 3 hours.
- to cook Them with 150 °C in the furnace approximately 20 minutes. Brunsli must be still very slightly hunides inside.
