Basam-Damdu
Basam-Damdu is a character of the cartoon Blake and Mortimer , which appears in the trilogy of the Secret of the Swordfish , like in the Strange Appointment .
Basam-Damdu is the emperor of " the Empire jaune" (that the author locates at the Tibet) and the superior of Olrik, which is a Colonel at this time, chief of the 13th office and his military adviser.
