Baruj Benacerraf
Baruj Benacerraf (born in 1920 with Caracas) is a American Nobel Prize of medicine. It was rewarded in 1980 with Jean Dausset for his work on the Histocompatibilité. He emigrated in Paris in 1925, then in the United States in 1940. He was naturalized American in 1943. He returned to France, where he worked with the military hospital of Nancy.
His/her brother, Paul Benacerraf, is a French philosopher of mathematics, who taught with the Université of Princeton.
