Barry Pederson

Barry Pederson (born the March 13rd 1961 with Big To rivet in the Saskatchewan with the Canada) is a former professional player of Hockey. It evolved/moved at the station of center in the National league of hockey in North America.

Career in club

Pederson started while playing in the Western Hockey League for the Cougars of Victoria before taking part in the Repêchage of entry in the LNH 1980 and being selected by the Bruins of Boston in first round (18th choice). During its first season supplements in the LNH, it piles up 44 goals and 48 decisive master keys then exceeds the two following years the 100 points in the season (107 in 1982-83, 5th place and 116 in 1983-84, 6th place).

During the Season LNH 1989-90, it takes the direction of the Penguins de Pittsburgh with which it gains the Coupe Stanley in 1991.

In November of the same year, it turns over to play Boston after a passage of 5 matches at the Whalers de Hartford. It puts an end to its career with the end of the year, having passed a good part of its time in the American Ligue of hockey.

Since, Pederson worked as a consultant for New England Sports Network on the matches of Bruins.
