Barrington (Rhode Island)

Barrington is a city of the state of Rhode Island (the United States) in the Comté of Bristol-board. Its population was of 16.819 inhabitants to the census of 2000 for a surface of 39,9 km ².

Barrington founded in 1653 and was integrated in 1770.

In July 2005, CNN/Money and '' Money '' magazine classified Barrington with the sixth rank in their classification of the 100 best sites to live in the United States.
