Travelling of planet planet, Barbarella is a heroin of Science-fiction. Drawn on the model of Brigitte Bardot, not very savage, it incarnates for its creator the modern woman at the era of the sexual Libération. It appears initially in the pages of V Magazine in spring 1962, before leaving in album in 1964.
