Barbara Polla

Barbara Polla , born the March 7th 1950, is a Médecin, galerist, author, head of undertaking and Political personality Suisse.

Biography

It made its studies of medicine to Geneva and obtains its diploma with a specialization in internal medicine, pneumology and immuno-study of allergies. She works then for Massachusetts General Hospital with Boston.

She returns to Switzerland in 1989 and takes the head of the unit of study of allergies of the University Cantonal Hospital. Moreover, it directs the respiratory laboratory of physiology of Faculty Cochin Université Paris V to Paris of 1994 to 2000 in the capacity as research director INSERM. It is specialized in proteins of stress (HSP) and in the free radicals of oxygen.

Implied in the Swiss national policy since 1991, it was national adviser of Geneva for the Liberal party Swiss of 1999 to 2002 and appointed with the Great Council 1993 - 1999. Known for its independence it was the first speaker of the congress of creation Liberal Line by Blaise-Alexandre the Count, former president of the Genevese Liberal party, while remaining in the party.

It is the galerist of Analix Forever (contemporary art). It is chroniqueuse for many newspapers of which Agefi, the Daily ones for Tribune de Genève and 24Heures, Citizen K (Paris), Nuke, Bariqaldana (Kuwait). It is head of undertakings: Laser Forever Institute (institute of medical esthetics) and Alchemy Forever (skin care).
