Barbara Hendricks
Barbara Hendricks (born the November 20th 1948 with Stephens, in the Arkansas) is a professional singer (Soprano). Born citizen from the the United States, it is currently of Swedish nationality.
It is a famous professional singer having sung in all the grand operas of the world like the Scala of Milan.
In 1986, it receives the title of Commander of Arts and the Letters by the French government and inaugurates in Paris the Statue of Freedom by singing the two national anthems with Line Renaud.
In 1993, it is high with the row of Knight of the Légion of honor by François Mitterrand.
In January 2006, Barbara Hendricks leaves her label EMI and creates Arte Verum for which it will record of exclusiveness consequently.
It is also a very committed personality since it works for the Office of the High Commission of the United Nations for the refugees.
She was also voluntary in the maconnic cabins.
