Barbara Albert

Barbara Albert is a director, scenario writer and producing Austrian, born the September 22nd 1970 with Vienna (Austria).

She studied the Cinématographie in Wiener Filmakademie. Its most innovating work is the film Nordrand , where she tells the reality of the Yugoslav children of Vienna.

It has a company of production Coop 99 with Jessica Hausner, Antonin Svoboda and others. She was member of the jury to the Festival of Locarno 2006.
