Barb Wire is an American film carried out by David Hogan, left in 1996.

Synopsis

This film presents a near future, in which the American Congrès would have seized an absolute power and would have founded a dictatorship, in 2019, repressing the " hard; anti-citoyens". Barb Wire, owner of a bar located at Steel Harbor, last ground free in the United States is a mercenary, selling his services with highest offerer. It fought in the rows of “resistance” at the time of the Second civil war, then to abandoned its activities in order to carry out a more lucrative life, with her brother, blind since the war. It will help finally a biologist to escape from the territory controlled by the congressmen with the assistance of one of her former comrade in arms.
