Bar mix
The Bar mix (English: sweet and sour mix ) is an ingredient for many Cocktail S like the Long Island Iced Tea.
Preparation
Ingredients
- 360 ml Sugar
- 60 ml Syrup of Corn
- 120 ml Maltodextrine
- 120 ml Juice of lemon
- 120 ml Juice of citric file
- 12 G Acid
- 480 ml Water
One mixes water, sugar, the corn syrup, Maltodextrine and one makes heat slightly until sugar either dissolves. One adds the remainder of the ingredients and one extinguishes fire. One puts the whole in a bottle of one liter.
One can replace the juice of Citron by juice of file.

Without Acid citric

- 120 ml Maltodextrine
- 480 ml Juice of File
- 240 ml Water
Simplified version
-
1 water Cup
- 1 sugar Cup
- 1 juice Cup of file
One mixes until sugar either dissolves.
