Summary by chapters
Neither the doctor, nor thermal springs
Yuki does not include/understand why she thinks permanently of Ryô. Ignorant of the human relations, it does not understand that it is simply in love, and wonders what are these odd palpitations and feelings that it feels.
Following an incomprehension with Kaori, she believes herself sick, of a terminal illness. But Ryô persuades it to look it opposite, only solution to cure says it, and explains to him that palpitations will disappear, but the very pleasant feeling will remain, without however saying to him that it is love.
First love
Yuki arrives at the end of its work, and states to want to offir with the man who is expensive to him a gift testifying to his feelings. Everyone believes that it is about Ryô. It is acted in fact of his own father with whom she wants to make a gift for his birthday, with the money which she gained itself. Moved, the father understands that his/her daughter became adult, and that it was mistaken on all the line.
Yuki does not include/understand why Ryô does not come to say to him goodbye. Kaori then known as that it had to leave for an urgent work, during one or two years.
In front of the tears of her daughter, the mother of Yuki makes him understand that Ryô was its first Amour.
Banks of the memory
Ryô and Kaori are engaged to be the bodyguards of twenty young women, of which one will be selected to play in a Film at the sides of famous the Acteur Toshio Hyuga. An anonymous letter of threats indeed arrived at the production.
All the candidates came only for Hyuga, except for Etsuko Kashima, young girl sixteen year old. Binding with it bonds of friendship, Ryô understands that it came for Yôichi Shibata, which is his/her father. The mother of Etsuko and were in love for him, but were separated by their close relations, the mother being already pregnant, which the father did not know.
During public hearing, the criminal indeed tries to disturb the meeting. But Ryô dismounts the plan: the producer and Hyuga had been intended to increase the popularity of the actor and to make Publicité for film.
Then it is arranged to make meet Etsuko and Yôichi, the latter not being able however to acknowledge with his father who it is.
A bride fallen from the sky
Ryô and Kaori attend the Mariage of a friend of the latter, Riko. On the way of the return, a bride falls from the sky in their car. Continued by gangsters, it is saved by Ryô and comes to place at Ryô and Kaori.
Whereas Ryô visits him night, he sees a tube on his chest, opens it, and is piqué by a bee. Horrified, the bride explains that the Abeille is a tueuse bee, being able to kill out of tens of people with her poison. She then injects in Ryô the antidote… which makes unfortunately impotent.
