The banking of businesses is the specialist in financial engineering and finance strategy. It is approved by its obligatory adhesion at an professional association and it is recorded on a list held by the Autorité of the financial markets (MFA).
Not to confuse with the Bank of investment contrary to the common practice. Certain banks of investments have a team of bankers of businesses but it is an important source of conflict of interests.
