Banesh Hoffmann

Banesh Hoffmann (September 6th 1906 - August 5th 1986), physicist English theorist.

  • Born with Richmond

  • Doctorate in 1932 with Princeton under the direction of Veblen.
  • Collaborator of Einstein in Princeton in 1935-1937. Joint publication of an article on the problem of the movement in General relativity.
  • Named mathematics professor with the Queen' S College of New York in 1952, where it will remain until the end of the Années 1970, although it is officially reprocessed in the Années 1960.
