Bandicoot Crash landing: the Revenge on Cortex ( Crash landing Bandicoot 4 in Japan and Bandicoot Crash landing: The Wrath off Cortex in the United States) is a Video game of platform developed by Travellers Tales and produced by Vivendi Universal (Konami in France), left on Xbox, PlayStation 2 and GameCube.
Playable with only one player, it tells, like the other shutters, the adventures of the Marsupial hero of the series (Crash landing) and his combat against the malicious eternal Cortex and Crunch combined with one of the masks of the elements Py-Ro fire, Wa-Wa water, Rok-KB the ground and Lo-Lo the air.
Gameplay

Opinion on the version
- Change of owner, change of technology : la Vengeance on Cortex is 1st opus on console of sixth generation. From there, all the plays were published by Vivendi Universal Games, and either by the founder: Naughty Dog .
- even linear mode : The choice taken for this opus was to preserve the " mode; linéaire" (a succession of obstacles and enemies to be faced) which made its success, and not a mode 3D (which replaces the linear obstacles of the levels by vast worlds where it is possible to achieve many missions, different from/to each other, stressing mainly on exploration. This mode made the success of Spyro the Dragon of Insomniac Games or Super Mario 64)
- time of loadings : over PS2, times of too long loadings (inherited the PS1, and technology CD/DVD) are aggravating. In the version for PS2, they are crippling and harm the jouability.
