Bandar Abbas
Bandar Abbas بندرعباس Iran ienne located at the edge of the Persian Gulf is a port city. It occupies a strategic position on the Détroit of Ormuz. Bandar Abbas is the capital of the province of Hormozgan.

Situation
Bandar Abbas is located at the edge of the Persian Gulf, on the strait of Clarence which separates it from the island of Qeshm. In spite of the absence of natural port, its geographical location is extremely favorable to the maritime exchanges between Iran and the other countries.
Climate
The climate of Bandar Abbas and its area is hot and wet. The temperature oscillates in winter between 25°C and 28°C and can go up until 49°C in summer. The annual average of precipitations is of 251mm for a water content of 66%.
