The band L is the part of the electromagnetic Specter defined by the frequencies from 1,4 to 1,5 Gigahertz approximately. It is allotted to the service of Radioastronomy at ends of space and scientific research (project SETI, etc). It is used in the big cities of France for the numerical emission of radio stations DAB (DIGITAL Audio Band).
