Banana Split
The banana Split is a frozen Dessert traditionally made up of a Banane cut in length, enclosing three balls of ices (Vanille, Chocolat, strawberry), the whole being tablecloth of a sauce of hot chocolate and Whipped cream.
The banana Split " with the américaine" use three nappages different: Caramel liquid on the ball vanilla, purée of strawberry on the ball chocolate and sauce chocolate on the ball mills.
It can be added also there on the top of the red fruits, spilt almonds and roasted or of the chocolate chips.
