Balmoral is a parish of the Comté of Restigouche, in the north of the New Brunswick.

According to the census of Statistical Canada, it there had 605 inhabitants in 2001, compared to 780 in 1996, that is to say a fall of 22,4%. The parish counts 217 private residences, has a surface of 1 099,89 km ² and a Population density of 0,6 inhabitants to the km ².
