Bailey Olter
Bailey Olter (1932-? /2/1999)
He was a politician micronésien and was the president of the Federated States of Micronesia of the May 11th 1991 with the May 8th 1997. He suffered from a cancer as from July 1996, which it prevented it of excercer his mandate until his term. It was Jacob Nena which took over temporarily the duties until the end of the mandate.
