Moussa Badoulaye Traoré is a politician Malian, born with 1947 with Bamako and dead on June 6th 2007.
Native of the Niaréla district to Bamako, Moussa Badoulaye Traoré made higher learning with Dakar (Senegal) and in France.
Opposing to the military regime Foamed Traoré, it adheres to the French section Adéma. It returns to Mali after the fall of the mode of Foamed Traoré. In 1998, he is elected mayor of Commune II of Bamako then in 2003 mayor of the district of Bamako. Continuing to militate within Adéma/Pasj, it supports a new candidature of the president Amadou Toumani Touré in 2007.
