Bacterium multirésistante
" The Bactérie S are known as multirésistantes (BMR) with the Antibiotique S when because of accumulation of resistances acquired to several families of antibiotics, they are more sensitive only to one small number of antibiotics usable into therapeutic (resistance to more than 3 different families).
The multirésistance is thus a stage towards the therapeutic dead end.
It relates to the bacteria of the Community infections (ex: Pneumococcus, bacilli of tuberculosis) and bacteria of the Nosocomiales." (IN) Infections;
