Bacterial Structure

The Bactérie S are organizations Procaryote S since they do not have true a core and that their cellular elements are simple.

Classically, one distinguishes in the bacterial structure the constant elements of the optional elements .

Figure 1 is a simplified diagram of the bacterial structure, the letters return to the elements of this diagram.

Constant elements

  • the wall, element responsible for the form and ensures the protection of the bacterium (absent at the Mycoplasme S) ;
  • the plasmic Membrane seat, in particular of the cellular Breathing ;
  • the Cytoplasm ;
  • the nuclear Apparatus characterized by its circular form composed of DNA ;
  • Of the Ribosome S ensuring the Synthesis of the proteins ;

Optional elements

  • Of the Plasmide S made up of DNA ;
  • Of the Vacuole S and other substances of reserve ;
  • a Capsule support of the Virulence ;
  • Of the Whips S persons in charge of mobility ;
  • Of the pili (common pilus, sexual pilus) '.
