Back-plate
Contrecœur is a city of the Quebec, located in the regional Municipalité of county of Lajemmerais, in the administrative area of the Montérégie. It is named in the honor of Antoine Pecaudy de Contrecoeur, which was the lord at the time of News-France. It is located at the side of the St. Lawrence river. Dailleurs, one counts two marinas there. One names the inhabitants of this cities of the contrecoeurois/contrecoeuroise.
Back-plate is also the name of the wall of the bottom of a chimney.
