Babygo

BabyGo is a Search engine French especially designed for the children.

Goal

BabyGo, an search engine for children whose entirety of the indexed sites were checked as a preliminary by a team conscientious adults of the risks of Internet.

The BabyGo search engine is based exclusively on a database of site of the type lists white and the technological knowledge of Dir.com subsidiary of the group Iliad head office of Free.

Chronology

  • April 9th, 2007: Launching of a function of setting out of mask.

  • January 15th, 2007: Launching of a function of search for definitions and synonyms integrated into the results.
  • December 15th, 2006: Launching of the first search engine images for children.
  • November 2nd, 2006: Launching of the search engine.

Statistics

The BabyGo search engine counted more one: 1200000 requests in the month of March 2007. The number of indexed pages is: 3800000 mid-April 2007.
