Babole

Babole (character drawn by Céno) is a small good woman of Haute-Savoie which delivers its opinion on all, including on what does not look at it… The illustrations are simple with a humor a provocative tantinet.

Baboler is a term Savoyard which means “ to chatter ”, “ to be a piplette ”.

Babole prevails regularly in the female complement of Eco of Savoy : Active , like in Main part of the Countries of Savoy . Used regularly for press articles, its " babolades" also good number of blogs and sites illustrate… At the time of the Festival of Humor 2007 of Saint-Gervais-the-Baths, it intervened in live during the stars and VIP were interviewed on the chain TV8 Mont Blanc, with which Babole appeared in cartoons the previous year, in the emission " Friday It is Ouvert".

In Babole - Babolades Family (left in December 2006), Babole is released in about fifty drawings. Its privileged targets are the husbands, the children, the couple… Of aucuns will think that there is sometimes a tantinet truth, others will be charmingly horripilés… A thing is sure, the small good woman of Haute-Savoie does not leave indifferent. Céno malicieusement brings a glance shifted since daily futilities until dramas of nature while passing by absurd soft-bitter truths…
