BPR (championship)

BPR is an old automobile championship intended for the cars of the type Grand Tourism. It holds its name of initial of its founders; German Jürgen Barth and French Patrick Peter and Stephan Ratel.

Created in 1994 with like ambition making it possible the gentleman-drivers to be expressed, championship BPR to some extent was victim of its success, since the arrival of the large manufacturers and the professional pilots quickly diverted it its vocation of origin.

In 1997, the BPR passed under the control of the TRUSTED which renamed it TRUSTED WP and the organization entrusted some to Stephan Ratel.
