BASIC Instinct is an American film carried out by Paul Verhoeven, left in 1992.

Synopsis

Catherine Tramell, a novelist richissime alive surrounded by criminals, is suspected of the murder of his/her lover, the rock'n'roll star Johnny Boz. This one was assassinated with blows of ice pick in circumstances similar to those described in one of the detective novels written by Tramell. Nick Curran, a police officer in charge of the investigation and having a heavy legal past, will have great difficulty to face this “mante religious”, which does not hesitate to use its charms to arrive at its ends. The action proceeds with San Francisco and on the littoral of the Pacifique, in California.
