Bönnsch
The Bönnsch is a Bière of brewed high fermentation in the Brasserie Bönnsch with Bonn in Germany. It is a not filtered alternative of the Kölsch , but it cannot be sold as such because the Kölsch is the object of a Appellation of European controlled origin .
It is available only in the Brasserie Bönnsch in pressure.
The Bönnsch is drunk in glass of 0,2 L. This glass is curved and present recesses marrying the shape of the fingers.
The name of Bönnsch (of Bonn) is a humorous imitation of Kölsch (of Köln , Cologne).
