Raoul the Sheep of Boisdeffre (1839-1919) major general (1892) was Head of State General Major, adviser of State; Large Officer of the Legion of Honor, Ambassador extraordinary with the crowning of Nicolas II (May 1896) or it negotiated the hardening of Alliance (still secret at that time).
