Béchir Ben Yahmed

Béchir Ben Yahmed , born in 1938, is a Journaliste Tunisia N.

Founder of what will become the Hebdomadaire Jeune Afrique , he remains about it the publication director and the general President-director of the Jeune Afrique group. He preserved the direction of the drafting of Jeune Afrique until the October 14th 2007. active Business man in the African press, he is also author of chronicles.

Course

It founds the weekly magazine the Action in April 1955 but this one ceases appearing in September 1958. In the interval, the April 15th 1956, it is appointed Secretary of State to information in the cabinet of the Prime Minister Habib Bourguiba. The Jeune Afrique group is a press group regularly blamed and shown the “publi-editorial one”. It nevertheless was essential like information source on the whole of the African continent. Ben Yahmed also created the editions of the Jaguar.
