Båstad
Båstad (generally retranscribed Bastad in French) is a Swedish city located at the North-West of the province of Scanie and populated of 4.793 inhabitants in 2005. It is the chief town of the Commune of Båstad.
Besides the city is mainly known to be a true fish pond of players of Tennis of the country (like Magnus Larsson) and accommodates since 1948 the Swedish Open (tournament ATP) each year in July.
