Bärbel Broschat , born Klepp the November 2nd 1957 with Magdeburg, is old a East-German Athlète which was world champion of the 400 m hedges in 1980.

This title remains its only success on the international scene because it could not take share with the Olympic Games of summer of 1984 with Los Angeles following the Boycott of the Eastern European countries.
