The Avignon Volley-Ball is a club French of Volley-ball, founded in 1961 and based with Avignon (Vaucluse), evolving/moving for the season 2007 - 2008 in Pro B (second national level).

History

1993-1994 : failure finally of the Championship of France Pro B against Turns VB, 2 victories with 1; accession with the Pro has (N1A).
1995-1996 : failure in semi-final of the Championnat of Pro has male against Stade Poitevin; 1st qualification in Cut of the CEV.
1996-1997 : failure finally of the Coupe de France against Paris CPU; 2nd qualification in Cut of the CEV.
1998-1999 : victory finally of the Championnat of France Pro B against Castrate VBC, 2 victories with 1; accession with the Pro refused for financial reasons.
1999-2000 : victory finally of the Championship of France Pro B against Rennes, 2 victories with 0; accession with Pro A.
2000-2001 : obtaining 14th and last place of the regular season; relegation as a Pro B.
2001-2002 : failure finally of the Championship of France Pro B against Rennes, 2 victories with 1; accession with Pro A.
2006-2007 : obtaining the 13th place of the regular season; relegation as a Pro B.
