Avignon is a regional Municipalité of county (MRC) of the Quebec (Canada) in the area of Gaspésie-Island-of-the-Madeleine. The chief town of the New MRC of Avignon east . She was made up the March 18th 1981.
Its prefect in 2005 is Bertand Berger.
