Aviation of business
The aviation of business indicates the branch of the Air transport dedicated to the transport of passengers to the request with a nontourist aim. It is distinguished thus from the civil aviation of regular lines.
This term applies as well to the tour operators specialized in the transport of professionals as to the aeronautical manufacturers specialized in the planes intended for this type of transport.
The industry of the aviation of businesses declines its planes between several categories or classes of planes:
- Heavy (heavy)
- Super Mid-size (super intermediate size)
- Mid-size (average size)
- Light (light)
- Very Light (very light)
Boeing and Airbus which proposes airliners and airfreighters, also proposes versions business of their models. Thus Airbus declines all its range in private aviation, of A318 Elite to the Airbus A380 Flying Palace, larger private aircraft in the world and whose specimen was ordered in November 2007 for a delivery during 2010 by the Saoudi prince Al-Walid Ben Talal Ben Abd Al-Aziz Al Saoud, this last already having a Boeing 747 private.
