Avenue Henri-Martin

The Avenue Henri-Martin is a street of the 16e district of Paris. It holds its name of Henri Martin (1810-1883), French historian, mayor of XVIe district.

It belonged to the Avenue of Trocadéro and, before, left the Avenue of the Emperor. The section ranging between the Place of Trocadéro and the Rue of the Pump took in 1945 the name of Avenue Georges-Mandel. The part located at the outlet of the Boulevard Fleming was named Place Tattegrain.
