Avenue Berthelot
The which occurred Berthelot of Lyon connects the Galliéni bridge to the east with the highway A43 via the Jean-Mermoz avenue which prolongs it in the west.
Which occurred in the past of the Bridges, it acquires its current name in 1907.
Main roads of East-West circulation of the south of the city, its automobile frequentation strongly fell since the construction of the T2 tram line. The motorists must from now on be satisfied with two lanes (with East-West one way) over all its length the tram profiting from other half of the roadway.
