Ave Maria is a new Ville university in construction in the Comté of Collar in Florida, between Immokalee and Naples. It belongs to the category of Ville mariale.

The contractors and the local community signed a partnership with the Fondation Ave Maria to create a city around the catholic news university Ave Maria. This city which should start to open semi-2007, is designed to accommodate: 3000 permanent residents more: 5000 students.

Detailed plans as of the photographs of the progress of the work were put on line and collect at the same time praises and criticisms. The heart of this project is the catholic philanthropist Tom Monaghan, founder of Domino' S Pizza and the university Ave Maria, who joined the company of Barron Collier which works to protect rural agriculture and the development in Florida while allowing the economic growth and the development.
