Auxiliary pioneer
A auxiliary pioneer is a member baptized of the Témoins of Jéhovah which is committed achieving a minimum of necessary hours to the activity of public evangelization during a month given.
Definition and procedure
The auxiliary pioneers commit themselves devoting a 50 hours minimum to the Prédication (before 2002,60 hours), whatever its form, for one month in particular.
To be allowed, it is necessary to ask the one old member of the committee of service a sheet of admission, to fill it (date, name and signature) and to give it to the one of the three old ones which will be then given the responsability to approve or to refuse the request. In the event of acceptance, the faithful one will be announced like auxiliary pioneer at the time of the communications of all the meetings of service of the month concerned. It is possible to be auxiliary pioneer in a permanent way, i.e. to devote 50 hours each month to the evangelization, by notching a box on the sheet.
Requirements
The first sentence of the application to the auxiliary service of pioneer declares: “My love for God and my desire to help my similar to learn how to know benevolent Jéhovah and its intentions encourage me to increase my participation in preaching, by registering me like auxiliary pioneer. ”
To be auxiliary pioneer, several conditions should be met:

To be baptized since at least a month;

To profit from a good reputation within its congregation;

Mener a life in conformity so that the Church awaits its faithful ones;

To be able to devote the nombe necessary hours during the month in question.
The religious movement declares that the auxiliary service of pioneer is at the same time a privilege and a great responsibility and can constitute a springboard to become permanent pioneer.
Statistics
In France, the record number of pioneer of 12.814, is carried out in April 2006.
At the time of March which corresponds in general to the month of the Mémorial, of the models of timetables indicating how to distribute the hours to be carried out frequently appear in the supplement of the Ministère of the Kingdom . During school vacations, the vacation, holiday periods or at the time of the weeks of visit of the Supervisor of district or the Supervisor of district, old , the ministerial assistants, housewives, or the students are encouraged to use these periods of spare times to undertake the service of auxiliary pioneer; after the month in question, they find their usual statute of proclamator.
