In Belgium, the auxiliary Case of payment of the unemployment pays or summary CAPAC is an public institution of social security which depends on the Federal Public service Employment, Travail and social Dialog. This institution aims at the accompaniment and the assumption of responsibility of the Member of National Insurance Scheme wishing to profit from the Unemployment pays in its request for allowances and its administrative file; to inform the recipient on his rights and duties, in particular with regard to the inscription like condition and procedure and applicant for work, to be filled of form.
