Autonomous federation of State education

The autonomous Fédération of State education ( FAEN ) is a federation of trade unions related to the State education, created in 1990.

Organization

FAEN gathers the following trade unions:

National union of the public schools (SNEP), which gathers the primary schoolteachers
National union of the colleges and the colleges (SNCL), which gather the secondary schoolteachers
National union of the technical personnel and workmen (SNPTO): personnel autonomous IATOS
National union of the personnel of administration and intendance (SNAPAI): administrative staffs
Independence and direction: management staff

FAEN asserts a total independence with respect to the political parties.
