The autonomous prefecture Tibetan of Gannan (Chinese simplified: 甘南藏族自治州; Pinyin: Gānnán zàngzú Zìzhìzhōu; Tibetan: དཀར་ལྷོ་བོད་རིགས་རང་སྐྱོང་ཁུལ་ ; Transliteration Wylie: Dkar-lho Bod-rigs row-skyong-khul) is an administrative subdivision of the province of the Gansu in China.

The population of the prefecture was estimated at: 680000 inhabitants in 2004 .

- the county of Zhugqu - 舟曲县 Zhōuqū Xiàn ;
- the county of Têwo - 迭部县 Diébù Xiàn ;
- the county of Maqu - 玛曲县 Mǎqū Xiàn ;
- the county of Luqu - 碌曲县 Lùqū Xiàn ;
- the county of Xiahe - 夏河县 Xiàhé Xiàn .
