Ausy counts 3 agencies located at Antwerp, Brussels and Luxembourg.

History

  • 1989 : Creation of AUSY per Jean-Marie Magnet, the current chairman with 3 initial establishments: Paris, Lyon and Rennes.
  • 1991 : Opening of the agency of Toulouse.
  • 1994 : Acquisition of 2 goodwills of the company Itrec (Lyon and Nantes).
  • 1995 : Opening of the agency of Strasbourg.
  • 1997 : Acquisition of the goodwills of the company IXEL (Paris and Orleans).
  • 1999 : Introduction to the Paris Bourse on April 30th. Creation of company AUSY the Benelux countries, based with Brussels.
  • 2000 : Opening of the agencies of Aix-en-Provence, Bordeaux and Lille.
  • 2001 : Acquisition of Onsite Group and the subsidiary companies Belgian and Luxembourg of the Active Group France. Opening of the agencies of Nice, Caen and Grenoble.
  • 2002 : Adhesion with the segment Next Economy of Euronext Paris. Certification ISO 9001 version 2000.
  • 2003: New establishment with Antwerp.
  • 2006 : Certification “undertaken innovating” by OSEO Innovation and eligibility with FCPI.
  • 2007 : Acquisition of the company Aequalis.
