Perhaps above a glazed niche, a carved stone comes from the priory: some saw there a Svastika, others, rather trigram JHS ( Jesus Hominum Salvator : “Jesus, saver of the men”).

Religious buildings

the church Saint-Etienne : it is an old priory Benedictine, tonic with 1061, attested in 1123, in the middle of the baronnie of Peyre. Very altered, of 12th and 13th centuries, it preserved its Romance chorus and several Gothic side chapels. The bedside is in half dome with veins in gothic arch and, inside, the carved capitals of the trunks of columns resting on pendants. Other pendants with human figures with the bottom of the warheads of the vaults and the veins of the nave. Modern furniture and stained glasses.
